Newsletter 24: Term 2 2026
“Languages are but echoes of each other, based on the environment each feels unique. No language is superior, no language is inferior, all are born of human mind to meet at heart’s peak.””
In our Term 2 newsletter, you’ll find upcoming dates for network meetings and a dedicated webinar focused on the language we are using in our programs.
We’re excited to support you with opportunities to connect, share practice, and deepen your understanding of effective, playful language programs.
Thank you to everyone who joined us at the ECLP Forum 2026 on 16 March at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. It was wonderful to have everyone together for a day of shared learning, reflection and connection.
We extend our sincere thanks to Aunty Fay Muir and Uncle Perry Wandin for opening the forum with a generous and grounding Welcome that emphasised connection, community and respect, and to Nathan Lambert MP, Parliamentary Secretary for Children, for recognising the critical role of the early childhood sector in shaping lifelong outcomes for children and families.
The standout moments of the day were the ECLP highlights presented by our wonderful ECLP teachers: Manuela, Jing, Maria, and Jess.
